Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Upon placing your order, your payment will be submitted for authorization, and then charged ahead of your order's delivery date. Charges will appear on your bank statement as NB3 INC.
Refunds and Returns
Problem with your recent order? Please reach out to our team at marcel@nb3inc.com and include the order number, name of the beverage, the best before date, and the delivery date within 5 days of receiving your delivery.
Please note: we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and we will usually default to a refund over a replacement where applicable.
